Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we'll work together to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are shaping your daily life. During our first week, we'll spend time getting to know you — understanding how you navigate your world, manage challenges, and where you may feel stuck.

After this initial assessment phase, we'll dive deeper into how your mental health is influencing different areas of your life and identify ways to create positive change. Together, we'll build a personalized treatment plan to help you set goals, map out steps, and move forward with clarity and purpose.

Consistency is key to making meaningful progress, which is why I offer a blend of video sessions and secure messaging support. This combined approach provides you with ongoing encouragement, connection, and tools between sessions — helping you feel supported every step of the way.

Couples Therapy*

In couples therapy, we work together to better understand and strengthen the dynamics of your relationship. Using insights from Dr. John Gottman’s research and Family Systems theory, we'll identify patterns, overcome obstacles, and build healthier ways of connecting.

Just like with individual therapy, we'll begin with an assessment phase to get a clear understanding of your relationship's strengths and challenges. From there, we’ll move into deeper, focused work to support lasting growth and healing.

To enhance your experience, couples therapy also includes secure messaging support — giving you ongoing tools, encouragement, and communication between sessions, helping you stay connected to the work even outside the therapy room.

Groups

Anxiety Management Therapy Group*

In this 8-week virtual group, we'll focus on building a strong foundation for managing anxiety in everyday life. Together, we'll explore the basics of anxiety management, identify common obstacles, and discover coping strategies that fit each individual’s needs.

Through supportive group work, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how anxiety shows up in your day-to-day experiences — and, most importantly, learn practical tools to overcome it.
This group offers a unique opportunity to share, connect, and grow in a safe, encouraging environment.

Please note: A prescreening interview and a signed statement of commitment are required for participation to ensure the best experience for all group members.

Overcoming Depression Therapy Group*

This 8-week virtual group is designed to explore the unique ways depression impacts your life and provide a supportive space for overcoming its challenges. Together, we’ll dive into the emotional and cognitive aspects of depression, while focusing on personalized coping strategies that can make a real difference.

Through group support and shared positivity, you'll gain valuable insights and practical tools to manage depressive symptoms and move toward healing. This group offers a safe and encouraging environment to connect, learn, and grow with others facing similar struggles.

Please note: A prescreening interview and signed statement of commitment are required for participation to ensure the group is a good fit for everyone.

*Groups/Couples can utilize a multi-user video platform to attend these sessions, each member can be in a different location on a different device, or can share space and use one device together.
